- Delivery partners based on pin-code availability
All shipping partners are selected to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase.
- During high demand periods (sales, festivals, holidays), processing time may increase slightly.
- Orders received after 5:00 PM may be processed on the next working day.
We will keep you informed via email or SMS regarding any processing delays.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery Timeline
- Orders are generally shipped within 7 days from the date of order or payment.
- Delivery timelines vary based on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 working days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 5–10 working days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 7–14 working days
These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier company operations, weather conditions, festivals, strikes, transport issues, or unforeseen delays.
ZAYLOW is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or external factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once the product is shipped:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS on your registered email ID/mobile number.
- Tracking ID and courier partner details will be shared when available.
- Customers can track their orders through the courier’s official website or tracking link.
5. Delivery Address & Verification
- Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to failed delivery attempts.
- ZAYLOW will not be responsible for delivery delays or failures caused due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.
6. Delivery Attempt Policy
- Courier partners usually make 1–3 delivery attempts depending on the location.
- If the customer is unavailable or does not answer the calls, the parcel may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
- If the order returns due to customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Packaging & Product Safety
- All products are packed securely using protective materials to prevent damage.
- Fragile items may include extra layers of bubble wrap or padding.
- In case of tampered or damaged packaging, customers must refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.
8. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
- These charges include handling, packaging, logistics fees, and delivery charges.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the issue is caused by ZAYLOW or the seller (e.g., wrong item shipped).
9. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments

We will work directly with the courier partner to locate the parcel. - If the courier confirms the parcel is lost:
ZAYLOW will issue a full refund or replacement, based on customer preference. - If the shipment is delayed beyond usual timelines:

Delay does not qualify for refund unless confirmed lost by the courier.
10. Service Availability
- We deliver to most pin codes across India.
- Some remote locations may have limited service or extended delivery timelines.
- In rare cases, orders may be canceled due to unserviceable pin codes.
11. International Shipping
Currently, ZAYLOW does not offer international shipping.
Orders can be delivered within India only.
