When will I receive my order?Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Our delivery time is usually 5–10 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking updates once the order is shipped.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

First, please check your tracking link. If the tracking hasn’t updated for 48 hours, contact our support team and we will assist you immediately.

My package is delayed. Is this normal?

Sometimes courier delays happen due to high traffic or weather issues. Don’t worry—your package is safe and on the way

My order is showing Delivered but I didn’t receive it.

Please check with neighbors/security first. If you still can’t find it, contact us within 24 hours and we will file a delivery check with the courier.

What if the package is held by customs?

Rarely, customs may take extra time. If there is any issue, our team will help you resolve it quickly.
